Hi, I'm Molly — An Online Fitness Coach and Competitive Bodybuilder
I started training at 15 — not for myself, but because I was told I wasn't enough. My body became a project shaped by other people's opinions, not my own goals.
For years, I lived with constant self-doubt. I didn't know if I was eating right, training right, or even allowed to take up space. The confusion was exhausting. The fear of judgment was paralysing. I made myself smaller — physically and mentally — just to feel accepted.
I suffered with terrible body image and crippling social anxiety, always second-guessing every choice I made about my body.
It took years to realise the real transformation wasn't physical — it was learning to trust myself, silence the noise, and build strength on my own terms.
Now, I coach women so they never have to go through what I did. You deserve clarity, confidence, and a coach who actually gets it.
A decade later, I've never felt so free, confident, and independent in my mind and body.
